The assured Parcel app allows you to request a driver to transport your package(s) to a person or business waiting at a designated drop off location.
You can also request a package to be sent to you from a designated sender.
The Assured Parcel is originally made for b2b businesses transactions but if your situation fits with our services why not use it.
For Example 1: if you own a business and need to send a item to a person or business you can use our app as long as there is a designated person or instructions
For Example 2: If you need an item at a store with a order number we can pick it up and deliver it as long as there is a designated person ready to receive it or instructions.
We only do deliveries locally in Mississauga and Brampton at the moment so you can send a package to Brampton to Mississauga or vice vera.
Shipments dispatched via Assured Parcel App are subject to predefined monetary value limits and weight restrictions based on the vehicle type. Items such as, too fragile, alcohol, medication, recreational drugs, and any dangerous or illegal substances are strictly prohibited.²
To ensure successful delivery by vehicle, please adhere to the following guidelines:
  1. Ensure that your packages do not include any prohibited items².
  2. Confirm that your packages can comfortably fit in the trunk of a midsize vehicle.
  3. Ensure that your packages are securely sealed and prepared for curbside or door pickup.
  4. Verify that your packages adhere to the specified monetary value and weight limits for your location¹. Not worth over $200 or weight over 150 pounds.
The recipient of the package should be present to meet the driver either at the door or curb. If you prefer the driver to leave the package at the recipient's door, you can include delivery notes containing additional instructions to facilitate a seamless delivery process.
  • If your package hasn't been delivered yet, you can call or message the driver in the app or call 1-877-470-1999.
  • Drivers are free to cancel your request for any reason, including, for example, if your package was too heavy, too large for their vehicle, not packaged securely, or contained a prohibited item.
  • If the person receiving the package wasn't available, the dispatch may try to contact you by the phone numbers you put in the app to resolve the issue or coordinate a return. You'll be responsible for costs associated with returning the package to you if necessary.
  • For help coordinating a delivery in case of terminated trips or canceled requests, if you haven’t yet received your package, or if the package was damaged during delivery, contact support@AssuredParcel.com
